Oh my. I must make these. (But not from a box mix.)

Yum! I'm going to have to try those. (However, I will represent for Team Box Mix.)

Oh, my god. Not enough coffee in the WORLD, even though I went to bed early and have dosed myself with Sudafed.

Zappos has my boots on a Fedex truck right now. Suck on it, Macy's!

Speaking of baking from not-scratch, these apple dumplings are really really REALLY good. And easy.

(Warning: reading the recipe is annoying, because the cook rambles and rambles and rambles. But the results are worth it.)

Huh. For some reason I'm really hungry. Is it lunchtime yet?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Now I'm imagining the cook is Grampa Simpson. In which case the results would not be worth it....

Is it lunchtime yet?

NO. Hmph. I just had a bowl of instant oatmeal to stave off my hunger.

No. Because I just finished my Egg McMuffin.

(We Toms need to synchronize our stomachs better.)

11 a.m. is close enough to lunchtime for me!

In college, the dining halls started serving lunch at 10:30 a.m., and my friends and I had a horrible habit of being there right when the doors opened. Eating lunch that early inevitably led to us eating dinner at 4:30, like old people.

And that, in turn, led to pizza and other food at 10 p.m., which, in turn, led to the Freshman 15. (Or 25.)
