And I can't believe I'm clicking. Then again, the fact that he's a major source for the Clinton campaign has been a freaky red flag all along.

Yeah, the cancelled appearances make it seem like something may finally be sinking in. And it only took two months for the campaign - and the media - to catch on1
Rowling won the case - already posted?
Matt Drudge (who has good sources in the Clinton campaign) has called the whole primary campaign for Obama. He also says the Clintons have canceled all TV appearances this morning.
I'm listening to Diane Rehm, and all the commentators are saying that Clinton will drop out soon.
I voted for Clinton in the primary, and I think she'd make a better president than Obama. That said, I like Obama, and as soon as the nomination is official, I'm signing up for his campaign. I said after the 2004 debacle that I'd campaign for whoever got the Democratic nomination in 2008, and I stand by that. I can't handle 4 more years of what we've had for the past 8.
More to the point, I don't think the country can.
(And when Clinton drops out, I think I'm going to cry a little, because it wasn't too long ago that I was sure -- could practically *see* it -- that we'd have a woman president.)
Also? This is going to be the ugliest, and probably most violent, presidential campaign this country has ever seen.

No! Source?
She won an appeal of a privacy case in Britain, not the copyright case.

Yeah. I've been more or less in the Obama camp since Edwards dropped out, and become increasingly frustrated with Clinton's campaign over the last few months. And I still keep getting these flashes of sorrow when I watch her speaking or get into these conversations. I would have happily jumped on board if things had played out differently, even given the recent aggravations. Now I just want it to end already, though.
And *if* Obama offered her the VP slot, part of me wants her to turn it down, because, DAMN IT, why should she have to be second-best?
oops, my bad on the Rowling.

You and me both.
My FiL said something really interesting over Passover - that if Obama REALLY wants Clinton to concede gracefully, he should promise to appoint her to the Supreme Court when he becomes President. Because THAT's power. (And there's no reason she couldn't step down and run for President again if she wanted to.)
[And it would be a much less condescending move than offering her VP or Attorney General. "If you let me win, I'll let you work for me!" Um....thanks?]
