We have replaced the washing machine and are running a load with HOT water (this was not possible with the old machine).
To do:
Sort 3 kitchen cabinets
Clean out laundry room
Move furniture around
Run to donation center
Pack-up more stuff
Clean out a few closets
Try not to FREAK OUT
You forgot put up with me Suzi. I am at the car wash already, so I may make it to your place a little early. I still have to hit Costco though.
Yay! We are going to make a Petco run in a few minutes too.
Virgin Mobile customer service sucks. This is not news, I'm sure.
I had two nights of bad sleeping to make up for and I did! So I finally feel better. (Apparently, I cannot eat leftover spicey eggplant within 24 hours of having eaten the rest of it at the restaurant. At least, I think that was the culprit.)
I was saddened and horrified by the death of poor Eight Belles. It totally cast the amazing win of Big Brown into the shade. (But did you guys notice that Kent Desormeaux was sponsored by UPS? He had a UPS ad on his breeches.) I caught a little piece of an interview with Larry Jones this morning and it had me crying again. Well,
he
was crying and I couldn't help myself and then I went to the NBC webpage and there's a picture of the filly on the track. Perhaps you don't want to go there.

Ok, the thought of a mobile customer service for Virgins is cracking my shit up.
Timelies all!
The wedding was lovely, and the reception was nice. Sat with various folks we know, some of who constructed a series of "sculptures" out of (plastic)champagne glasses, napkins, wooden skewers and favors(mesh bags of candy). Beware of bored geeks. :)
Just ate a nice springy lunch while I've got the laundry going.
My brother sent me a short movie of T crawling and laughing hysterically. With his forehead pressed to the floor. He apparently does this sometimes and gives himself rugburn. My brother calls him "my little snowplow. " They are all demented, but they are my demented.
OK, so yesterday it was supposed to be all sunny and shit, and today all rainy. Yesterday, it took until well into the afternoon for the haze to burn off, and as far as I know, it hasn't rained since sunrise today.
Any Superman fans about?
If so, anyone want to volunteer what you think are the major sacrifices Clark has to make in his role as a hero?
Signed,
Fervent Batman Girl
(This is for an essay about Supernatural, and will amount to little more than an example, but I thought it was worth asking.)
