Why is it getting a new watch battery is such an ordeal. I've actually purchased a new watch in lieu of changing the battery before.

I had this same problem trying to get my mother's watch battery replaced. My dad and I took it to three different places before we found a place that could get the back off. And this isn't some fancy, unusual watch, it's a 20 year old Seiko.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Narnia: Prince Caspian is also opening next month.

I have to say, I just had a great experience with my watch. I yelped it and found a place near work. It took him 3 minutes to do the whole thing and it was cheap.

For me, it's just finding a place that seems so overwhelming. My watch is neither unusual nor fancy.

I'm just lazy.

Also my problem! Plus I think I'd really have to go to the mall to get it done.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I like Batteries Plus for watch batteries. It's easy and cheap but I still end up waiting months to replace a dead one.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I probably over-pay, but work is right by the diamond district so I go to a watch guy there.

There's a jewelry store right across the street from work, and I always get my watchband replaced at the same time as the battery, so I feel slightly less ripped off.

I had the insides of a watched totally scratched up by having my battery replaced at a Dept store, so I only go to jewellers or watch places now.

I just buy a new warch. Because everytime I replace the battery, it dies again within a month or so. It's not the battery. It's me and my watch-poisoning talent.
