I have started up on fitday again. Have we discussed here that there is an entry for "milk, human"? - ummmmmm
so far I am fat and carb heavy. I am hoping to get a handle on what I eat for a week or two in order to make some adjustments (slightly high cholesterol at last Dr. appt, and in a swimsuit last Fri = time to pay attention more).

Record-breaking Mentos and coke explosions
Around 1,500 students kitted out in waterproof ponchos discovered exactly what happens when you drop a mint sweet into a bottle of Coca Cola, in an attempt to break a world record.
The pictures are just surreal - you've got everyone in blue ponchos, with rows and rows of Coke bottles spewing Coke into the air....
Hey, there was a nursing mother on this season's Top Model who drank some of the milk she was pumping -- but probably not enough to record.....

They were giving away cute little glass bottles of coke across the street from the entrance to the Long Beach Grand Prix. You were not allowed to bring glass bottles into the race confines. By the end of the day the sidewalks surrounding the trash cans near the entrance were coated with a thick layer of discarded coke. It was nasty.
