When I first saw the thing about coffin couches, I thought "Cool!" but the picture kinda makes me... uncomfortable? I dunno.

I have started up on fitday again. Have we discussed here that there is an entry for "milk, human"? - ummmmmm
so far I am fat and carb heavy. I am hoping to get a handle on what I eat for a week or two in order to make some adjustments (slightly high cholesterol at last Dr. appt, and in a swimsuit last Fri = time to pay attention more).
