You know, my big sister could really beat the crap out of her. I mean, really really.

Tamara and I are two seconds apart yet we reached the same conclusion.

Also, the Chico's catalog actually has some really nice pajamas. But I am not going to buy them.

I have a pair of pants or two from Chico's. Purchased because they were cheap and so ugly as to be wonderful.

Scary than that, I got an AARP membership application. WHA?

I say red too, although this

grey shoes really should be black.

is very wrong. I broke a heel on my grey pumps and realized that black looks way harsh with some of my clothes. I really need to find a new pair.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I think I'm about grown up enough to be able to manage red shoes. Tried it five years ago and it was a bust, but now I think I can handle it.

The grey is a lovely colour of grey, but it might just end up being a pair of shoes I like looking at more than I like wearing.

Red it is.

I hope I have the energy to get a pedicure this weekend. And I hope next week stays warm enough for me to wear sandals to work.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

HA! Perkins is me.

But seriously, I love that red. If I wore red shoes, I'd buy 'em.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I love work and my coworkers. At 4:30 I had a pomegranate and tequila cocktail poured and waiting for me on my desk.

I looked to see if they had my size. They don't, which is probably a good thing.

Perkins may not have met me.

Though, to be fair, I do and have wear leopard print. Just not shoes. I had a wicked translucent leopard print shirt that I Hulked out of during the kettlebell days. It was neat because one of the shades of the print was my skin tone.
