I loved Jon Stewart offhandedly mentioning this week that Popes in general are kind of nice -- "ever since they stopped having their own armies" which is totally true.

Bill Clinton and Michele Obama need to stop robo-calling me now. I did amuse DH with some fairly racy conversation with Bill. Not that he responded. but you know. Men.
We did a good deed last night & steered an Obama canvaser from Colorado to the really good veg/vegan restaurant up the street; then, when we saw him 2 hours later, headed in the totally wrong direction, got him pointed towards the place he was staying again.
Tuesday cannot come too soon.
