Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

It's a gift.
And, let me guess, no gift receipt? That really should be a gift you can return.

If I recall, you've seen the Frankie (ooh, hey he races cars!) Muniz comic book one and this one. And while comic book one was interesting, it was seriously atypical of the show and jarring.

And, I think, you'd like the show if you saw less bizarre episodes of it. Though I am not thrilled with this season as a whole. The cast changes are not working for me as much as the show would like.

You know, we could experiment and cancel football.

Thanks, Kat. That Culver City place looks convenient and affordable. I'll check it out.

Speaking of Jack Bauer, I went to the bookstore today and saw this. I was kinda tempted.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

That always-catch-the-same-episode-of-a-seldom-watched-show effect is really weird, isn't it? It seems like every time I flip past a channel that airs Sex and the City it's the one with Miranda freaking out about her Chinese takeout and Samantha being waked up by noisy tranny hookers. And despite Stargate: SG-1 having 214 episodes there are about even odds of me catching that runaway death glider one on any given viewing.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Yerp.

Yeah, I really missed the boat on that one. DVD project in the works.

I think it's about pedicure time of the year again. Whee! Next weekend, though. I'm plumb tuckered out.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

What did the cast use to look like?

The big one was Mandy Patinkin used to be on, but left and Joe Montegna came on instead. The "dark haired female agent" spot used to be a different actor as well.

This is the one I really don't like.

The change in dark-haired female agent, while not needed, has worked slightly better for me. Or not detracted from my liking the show as much as the Montegna addition has.

The Morgan and Garcia interaction is really my favorite part of the show.

But I've got Wire in the Blood for my creepy understanding of the creepy, creepy bad people needs. And it leaves me happier.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Seder is over, and we have a ridiculous amount of leftovers in the freezer. Part of that was because G's dad and stepmom weren't able to make it(One of SM's clients had to be taken to the ER, then tested, then admitted and SM has power of attorney), but there was an excess of food to begin with. Ah, well, nothing wrong with chicken soup with matzo balls in the freezer.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Daisy, have you heard "Creepin' Up the Backstairs"? I love that one.
