Mal: Yeah, well, just be careful. We cheated Badger out of good money to buy that frippery, and you're supposed to make me look respectable. Kaylee: Yes, sir, Captain Tightpants.

Our wings are not tired.

I don't think I could have been civil to ita's whacko. Deliberate injury to animals is something I'm just not rational about. I can barely forgive an author for detailing casual animal abuse he observed to illustrate a point (and it wasn't unnecessary, I just wish he'd kept it to himself and picked something else!) much less someone who actually committed it.

I am sarameg.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Go JZ!!

I just got back from my Spa Week facial. The aesthetician seemed put out that I never wash my face and that my skin is in as good of shape as it is.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

For those of you who enjoy tofu, what do you like to marinate it in?

I've just been doing soy sauce and green onions but I'm ready to be more adventurous.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

The very concept of Australian Batman is not deeply flawed! It is a thing of beauty and a joy forever!

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

For those of you who enjoy tofu, what do you like to marinate it in?

White wine and Worchester sauce. Is most tasty. And piquant.

Oooh!

Hey, does Lea & Perrin's still do those "Once, you were dry. I made you juicy!" commercials?

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

For those of you who enjoy tofu, what do you like to marinate it in?

Rice wine vinegar.

I also put it into things that would be fine without it, like tomato sauce, although that is not really marinating. And also, technically, not marinara. Anyway, it is a way to sneak nutrition into my crappy diet.

No, but Babes in Toyland should totally steal that marketing slogan.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I am sarameg.

I am civil many times I probably should not be. But I did think I was at least clear in not wanting any more contact with him, and I've ignored every missive of his since that evening. I hate that dinner that turns out to have been a date in his head at the best of times, and when you add that to being the un-fun sort of sociopath? I get very steely and polite and crisp.
