Goddamn. Why do people have to be so complicated? Friend's stepson (who she considers son and he calls her mom) majorly blew it. As in, repercussions for the rest of his life blew it. And I can't be her sounding board for another 30 minutes and she needs it.

I went and got a new power supply for my computer, so it works again. Yay. I hate having to share a computer with DH, he spends more time on it than I do.

As for putting off paying taxes, we'd figured it out to the part where we'd owe about $1500-2000 in taxes, so why pay early? But not it turns out we barely owe much.

I have a son who is still awake, and who came down the hall to stare at me. At 9:30 pm. Not awesome.

Four hours of sleep. Bad, bad meeting last night. Stuff getting worse at Gaza Strip, where my sister serves. Washing machine broke (there are still water all over the floor, I'm waiting for it to stop to finish mopping the floor). I forgot I cleaned my room for Passover and ate bread in it.

Strangely, I'm doing fine, as long as I'm not looking at the headlines and the news portal.
