Yeah, he's got that magic scepter thingie, and that smokey thing he swings around on a chain. Plus all those Vatican guards are sorta' like Batman (the TV show) minions....

I'm just sitting at my library's reference desk from where I can see various lexicons that don't do much more than this but which are incredibly helpful reference materials and knowing that if these companions can no longer be produced the world 'o research is going to lose something valuable.
Are those books source materials still in copyright, though? Aside from that, it does seem like a book full of quotes from HP is not as much fair use. Not that I've read the briefs either.
