I couldn't believe it the first twenty times you told us, but it's starting to sink in now.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Meara, you're adorable sober and enchanting when drunk. How do you do it, missy?

Hah! More cute online, I suspect--when drunk IRL, I tend to end up knocking over other people's drinks. Though, I did that TWICE on Tuesday and I was not drunk, so...maybe I'm just clumsy. :)

Sort of how U.S. robins aren't the same bird as the U.K. robin.

Huh. Learn new things every day!

Someplace I did NOT learn new things: The three hour "Orientation to Unemployment" class I had to attend today. I swear, time moved EXTRA slowly in there. Plus I had a migraine. Fun times!

And this season's ANTM is probably best watched after drinking.

I think this really applies to ALL seasons of ANTM. And extra to anything involving the Pussycat Dolls.

Half-sour pickles: pickles that have been soaked in the sour pickle brine for less time.

are those the ones that are really green? Cause I LOVE them. I have only eaten them at krupin's.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I just found out my roommate's professional fighting debut will be broadcat live on the internet for free Saturday night

Cool. I know one of the guys in what looks like fight #4. I was supposed to be going, but it's all migraine dependent, and I'm pretty sure I missed out on buying a good ticket anyway. There will be a bunch of krav people in attendance, supporting Mr. Ayala.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I know one of the guys in what looks like fight #4

neat! I was wondering if you'd know people there.

The fighting world, she is very small.

OK, where are my late night buffistas? Goodness, it's quiet around here!

(I'm not drunk tonight, just bored!)

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I'm up, for a little while longer, at least.

Sigh. Guess I'll have to find my entertainment on paper. Books! Look what you people drive me to!

I'd sleep, but my migraine-induced five hour nap in the middle of the day means I'm not too tired.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

Popping in, dunno if your still checking. Just combed the intertubes on prices for RV's. Don't laugh! My Uncle has a little trailer, and I'm very sucked into the vagabond lifestyle. I was looking at Class B guys. Holy cow they are expensive to rent. $100/day and they only allocate 100 miles per day. So much for renting one and driving to FL and back to visit family and see the country.
