I first had sunflower butter in one of those snackboxes on a United flight. Now I have to get that snackbox every freaking time I fly. (And I can't get one without the word "skiving" attaching itself in my head.) I've never seen sunflower butter in the store but maybe I'm not looking hard enough.

Right. Part of the discussion on Saturday will be to set a sale price that accounts for the things we aren't willing/able to do up front. Doesn't mean that will make selling any easier. Many buyers want to move right in - not have to get WORK done.
I'm just frustrated with this whole process and we still have so much more to go. All the other pieces of this puzzle have fallen into place without much struggle, so this feels even harder than it should.

OTOH, some buyers LOVE that shit. That way they can make the house into what they want. Try to look at it that way -- you're selling something that an industrious renovating FREAK is going to adore.
