Ugh, MM. I feel your pain. I just found out yesterday I get to pay back all the unemployment. Asshats.
I was originally prescribed Seasonale, which comes in three month packs, one copay. Insurance co. refused to dispense it because they wanted me to pay every month. fuckers.
Yeah, mine just makes me pay three times the copay. So if the copay would've been $30 a month, they make me pay $90 to get Seasonique once every three months...Luckily, when I was first prescribed it, the doc gave me two free samples (six months!). I looooove not getting my period...

So I just got a letter from the DMV that they turned down the custom plates for my work truck. I had requestion DBLOSND to stand for Diablo Sound. The reason given is that they are offensive or violate good taste. WTF?

Something like that--the first week I would've gotten paid (while they were still sending me "you get NO MONEY" letters), I got a temp job. I quit it two days early. Therefore, they are taking away all the money. Because I *quit* my "last" job, and thus am not eligible. I shouldn't have taken it if it wasn't worth keeping. Or somesuch. I think that's ridiculous and they should take away the two days I could've worked, and not the rest. But apparently not.
And I'm thinking with the new job, I don't have time and energy to dispute it (especially since technically, I WAS wrong, and thus have no "right" to the money. I think they should EAT ME, but....)

If I hadnt gotten this job, I would be completely broken down about this unemployment thing. As it is, I can vaguely afford to not freak.
Also, talked to a few of my fellow classmates, who were stunned at the "uninvolved" comment, and said they didn't think I was giving that impression at ALL. Whew.
