And I myself will be wearing pink taffeta as chenille would not go with my complexion.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I'll be in DC next Sunday! But I won't have a car. So, still no help. I can't help being intrigued by this Koshermart you speak of.

Hee! Koshermart: [link]

Hey Hil, isn't that right by where we Dcistas took Nilly for dinner?

Mostly lurking...

Daniel, that's ridiculous. I'm so sorry.

My parents have this amazing media system in the family room. Can I figure out how to work the damn remote? NO. No movie night for Val.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Yeah, I meant in DCJ's time zone.

ION, we finally used up the soap part of my penguin snowglobe soap, leaving just the snowglobe, which is an actual globe. It rolls around and the little sparkles swirl about inside!

Yep, same shopping center.

I'm making sesame noodles for dinner (one of my throw-stuff-together recipes: mix peanut butter with a bit of water to get a vaguely saucy texture, add some rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, and hot sauce, mix in spaghetti - preferably the whole-grain flax-seed kind -- and top with chopped-up scallions, cucumber, carrots, red peppers, or whatever else happens to be in the fridge), and I noticed that the vinegar bottle says, "Vinegars are naturally fat-free and cholesterol-free." Which I suppose is true, but do we really need to advertise vinegar as fat-free?

All is well that ends in pizza.

Er, is the guy working? If so, "after work" would've been a better description of the time he was planning to come, but would make it not quite so ridiculous.

Though I guess where Daniel is, it's 7:30. So I'd expect him to have shown up by now, yes.

No, he was not working. originally he drove away after saying he'd be back in 15 minutes, as he had to run home and get the cash.

Then he called, left a message, I called him back and he said his brother had taken his trailer, and that he still wanted the van. he also said it would be "a couple hours." That was 11:30 Am.

I left the message for him asking "What's the holdup" at 6:30.

I left another message for him at 8:30.

It is now 9:50 PM. I sent an email to his girlfriend/wife's original email.

I think I need to send an email to the other interested buyer, who said he would buy it if it was available Saturday.

I'be already saved the draft.

Either he's a jerk, or he's been in a horrible accident. It's always hard to know how to feel in those situations.

Man, I need music advice. Don't suppose Hec is around, is he?

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

brillig

I got the Complete X-Files collection and I'm on the first disk of Season 1.

There's nothing like the original. I'm regretting watching these while I'm in the office alone and having to walk out to my car. This stuff is still scary.
