Lucky cattle.
Lucky Byron and Kristin, too, if my crossed fingers have anything to say about it.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I wish the best possible outcome for Byron.
A very happy day for the wonderful adorable Laura and her DH.
I had a good weekend and got a lot of errands done. Got up at 5am today to take the niece to the airport. It's good practice, as I am doing the same tomorrow to get myself to the airport for a trip to Minneapolis.
One very important lesson form this weekend: if you are trying to sell a home gym machine to a couple, do NOT ignore the wife completely for the whole pitch until you say "Some people who are overweight--" and then turn and stare meaningfully at her as you finish your sentence "are afraid of trying a machine like this." No sale for you!
Tots are also indigenous to the Pacific Northwest.
Hang in there, Kristin.
I quit buying tater tots several years ago, because I would eat them 5 times a day if I could. So, if they're not in the house, I don't eat them for every meal and then get mad when they're gone in a day. I just can't be rational about tater tots. And my roommate in Chicago just didn't get the tater tot love and was SO sick of them.

But then in the '30s, entire crops of tater tots were lost to the tot weevil....
Damn you all, damn your hides. I was just about to pop a Nyquil and drag my wheezing snuffly ass off to bed for a nice restful coma until my mom comes this afternoon to help with the laundry, but now it appears I shall have to get dressed at some earlier point in the day and go out to procure tater tots for lunch. Curses!
Kristin, so much ~ma to Byron and his surgeon and you.
But then in the '30s, entire crops of tater tots were lost to the tot weevil....
Mmm....fricaseed tot weevil...
Thank goodness that population of Tot Weevil Snakes increased and solved that problem.
