They pay all expenses, including airfare, give us a Land Rover and driving instructor and we stay in a fancy suite AND get a free spa visit, too. Oh, bless rich people who pay insane amounts for these kinds of things, thus allowing journalists to freeload.

I do have a month's worth of underwear (although I need to get rid of some of them, for sure), and I could never buy underwear to avoid doing laundry because I have to wash them before I wear them.
