Tangentially, can you label yourself allergen-free? Wouldn't one just mean "so far"?

My standard response to "Do you have any allergies?" is "Not that I'm aware of."

Good lord, msbelle, those ginger snaps sounds good.

Though, keep in mind, I inadvertantly skipped my morning snack and am starved.

Ha! Went to buy coffee beans, and the guy at the register made a Rainman joke after I made a "clearly I need this coffee because counting seems to be beyond me" joke. Then he mentioned that I probably didn't know the movie because I was two when it came out.

Which, HA HA not so much, but I guess it's flattering?

I found the program for your wedding while I was packing last night!

Awww. (Please tell me you had the sense to put it in recycling and not schlepp it to the new house.)

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm not sure why I'm convinced pancake mix in cookies is wrong, but I'm having a hard time shaking it. Still, it's an easy enough recipe that I just might try.

At home so far I have brown and white rice flours and corn flour.

Man, I'm indoctrinated by wheat. All these things to try and add back up to it. I think I've tried spelt, but I just can't remember in what, or how it turned out.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I am intrigued by quinoa flakes. What are they for?

(I heart quinoa. It is the superfood of the future!)

I want to try this soda bread recipe. And these oatmeal cookies

Today is my Tuesday and already I've made all these plans for every waking weekend hour, slaving away over a hot stove. As if.

I was going to, but I was so focused on the boxes that I think I set it aside and the cat batted it under the sofa.

Punishingly Intricate

I am intrigued by quinoa flakes. What are they for?

I use them to make delicious hot cereal (more like cream of wheat than oatmeal textured)! I'm not sure what else they can be used for except that cookie recipe on the package.

I got them at the Whole Foods where they were shelved with pastas and rices not with hot cereals though.

I love superfoods of the future!
