Interestingly, the box jelly/sea wasp stings are more likely to kill women and children than men -- not because they're weaker, but because abundant body hair is sufficient to keep the stingers off the skin. I understand that in some places in Australia, the lifeguards wear pantyhose which is also sufficient protection.

My apple is too sweet. What's with...nature? I wanted crisp and refreshing, but this jazz apple has perfect texture and too much sugar.
I'm watching a random episode of Enterprise, and they fail 100% in stylistic continuity. TOS had a tremendous lack of screens displaying data--they worked in flashing lights and panels. Enterprise is someone going nuts with an oscilloscope and a budget for colour.
