And my eyebrows would look weird, so I'd have to dye them too.
I came at blonde from an ignorant angle, but I do think it's much harder to pull off lightened eyebrows than it is to pull off a lightened head of hair. Even if you don't go all the way, which one would expect you not to.

I wouldn't say I've ever been blonde, but I have had my hair light enough that I bleached my eyebrows, too. It worked out OK. But my natural eyebrows are black! And my hair has never been that dark.

I've seen a good number of natural (or, at any rate, extremely well-done natural-looking) blondes with darker eyebrows, enough that eyebrow-dyeing really seems like a preference rather than a have-to. YEyebrowMV.
Not a blond (well, maybe. Either very dark or a light brown. Hard to say, it was all different colors in there), but my eyebrows have always been darker, I think. Eons ago before I started dyeing my hair, it always looked like I had faint roots because of the way my hair lightened naturally once out of my scalp.

Here's why I have to be a brunette now, though:

Y'all are making we want to chop all my hair off super short, but every time I've done that, I've regreted it. My optimum length in between chin and shoulder.
