There's only one internet pic of me super blond from the mid-90s as far as I know. I think you have to be signed into facebook to see it though.
Here's why I have to be a brunette now, though:
Me and my two best friends. We need to stay our hair colors so we're blond, brunette, redhead!!! (we're also short, medium, tall!!!)

I've seen a good number of natural (or, at any rate, extremely well-done natural-looking) blondes with darker eyebrows, enough that eyebrow-dyeing really seems like a preference rather than a have-to. YEyebrowMV.Yep, this is me. My eyebrows were always much darker than my hair, even when it was platinum as a kid.

I will say I never had my eyebrows as light as my hair. But still lighter than they started.

I kind of dislike that look if it isn't natural. I think darker eyebrows with blonde hair looks fine. Better than bleaching the brows which tends to wash out the features.
My best friend in grammar school had naturally blonde eyebrows, especially in the summer -- our hair was the same color, but our brows were opposite!
