Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

To torture me.

I'd seriously like something to go right.

As always, shrift is asking the important questions of the day.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

My morning could have been worse - I almost walked through a plate-glass window. (I didn't see it - it looked like an open doorway to me.)

So we can be one day closer to the Torchwood finale.

I still haven't seen Friday's episode. Woe.

It's so burrito day today.

Tommyrot, don't do that!!

So sayeth the voice of experience--when I was around 10 years old, I was chasing my brother and sister around the hotel courtyard where we went swimming, and they ran through the glass door ahead of me and slammed it shut behind them. I didn't stop in time and ran into it, luckily only ending up with a sliced-up knee and a gouge in my glasses.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Woe! You should watch it soon.

Last night was unexpectedly busy, what with the launch of the thing.

I bet. I would have tried to pitch in, but I had rehearsal, of course.

And speaking of the thing, what is with people! and their total lack! of basic reading comprehension?!?

I dreamt this morning that my friend's parents were John Waters & Kathleen Turner. They were trying to keep Waters' ...gasp... gayness a secret from her. But everyone else knew.

Did your friend have a head in this dream?
