Happy Birthday Katie!!
Yesterday I had Buffistas on the brain. As I wandered from comic book store to comic book store, I couldn't help but think how much they would make Scola smile. And Corwood and billytea came to mind as I discussed the merits of various euro games at this awesome game store I found. And then on my way to buy Matilda a super-chic new dress, I discovered that Paris now has Lush! Truly a Buffistas-in-Paris sort of day.
ETA: Which is a good thing since, with the exchange rate where it is, shopping is otherwise a bit depressing as everything costs at least 50% more than I'm used to.
So I have three more "list three words that come to mind when describing this student" forms to fill out, with the promise of more to come.
I guess there are downsides to teaching the college-bound.
Happy Birthday, Katie!
Last night, I woke up every hour. Obviously, the last time I woke up, I brought my hatred of the universe with me.
Ermph. People not reading my emails carefully. If I ask for filenames because the system they are on is down, replying with the directories the files are in on the down system is not helpful.
Birthday Happies, Katie!!
Happy birthday, Katie!
I made it in to work, reluctantly.
I am looking at ebays Gocco printing systems. I almost bought one years ago from paper source, but never did and now I wish I had because, since they are no longer being made, it's expensive, yo!
Happy birthday, Katie!
Who needs security when you have a robot?
One person who's been face-to-um, face with the robot told him it's inhumane to use a machine against people.
Well, yeah.
FNL fans: The show might get picked up by other networks. Much like L&O: CI was.
