I didn't know that they still made Jiffypop.
Does anybody remember this TV show about vampires (or maybe it was a show with vampires sometimes in it)? There was this episode that had this woman who liked to kill the vampires (or it was her job or something) - anyway, this vampire told her he'd show here where these especially dangerous vampires had their lair, and it turned out to be two lame-ass vampires making Jiffypop popcorn?
What was the name of that show?
Yeah, but that was at least 7 years ago.
Oh, I'm not saying it's proof of Jiffypop's continued existence - it just made me think of this weird show I used to watch (I hadn't thought about it in a while....)
Man, I'm completely unmotivated this morning.
I don't even have the motivation to turn the tv away from Sandra Lee.

OK, that's SERIOUSLY unmotivated.
Well, it's gone away now.
Did you get new ideas for yummy cocktails, sumi?
Uh, she talked about something cocktail related but I was busy online and ignoring her.
(Now Paula Deen is making Easter treats. . . which makes MUCH more sense than Sandra Lee's Maypole stuff. Do people in the US really celebrate May Day with a Maypole?)
Do people in the US really celebrate May Day with a Maypole?
I think the real question is, is there a flavor of Kool-Aid that Sandra Lee hasn't turned into a drink ending with
-tini
yet? As long as unused flavors remain, we celebrate everything.
My college celebrates May Day with a Maypole! And a champagne and strawberry breakfast. And the President of the college riding on a horse, and everyone in white dresses, and spending all day drunk, and a "Mayhole" celebration to combat the phallocentrism of the Maypole, and...
Good times.
