Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

It's basically bottom left, Vortex.

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

Back from my outing with JZ, juliana, and Perkins.

News flash: We all suck at pool.

Monsieur le Duc etait de beaucoup le plus fort.

The de in there means the beaucoup should be translated as "by far". And fort doesn't necessarily mean strong. To be "le plus fort" at something means "the best." So I'd translate it as "the Duke was by far the best."

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Heh. Thanks, megan!

One of my critique partners and I were research geeking in chat today, and I was recounting pretty much everything I've been able to deduce about Wellington and Napoleon's sex lives. We talked about the weirdness of knowing such personal details about the long-dead, and I commented that if there really is an afterlife and I happen across either of those two when I get there, that first meeting is going to be AWK-ward.

the marching band version of "Louie, Louie" for one of his bumbs. It gives me flashbacks to college (we'd play "Johnny B. Goode", just as bad of an arrangement).

...it occurs to me that I have played the pep band/marching band (we didn't march) version of Louie Louie. Does that make me evil? I really think there were worse songs in our repertoire...

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

News flash: We all suck at pool.

You don't know if I do or not!

Since I refused to play.

That strategy doesn't work anymore.Everyone know you suck - and you care if you don't play

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Another lazy Sunday morning....

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Is Trader Joe's likely to have popcorn kernels? My local grocery apparently stopped carrying them, and I'm trying to decide what farther-afield store I should try next. Also, I just want to go to TJs.

Art Crawl!!!

I can't see why they wouldn't - of course, I'm amazed that your local grocery store did.
