the marching band version of "Louie, Louie" for one of his bumbs. It gives me flashbacks to college (we'd play "Johnny B. Goode", just as bad of an arrangement).

...it occurs to me that I have played the pep band/marching band (we didn't march) version of Louie Louie. Does that make me evil? I really think there were worse songs in our repertoire...

Another lazy Sunday morning....

Is Trader Joe's likely to have popcorn kernels? My local grocery apparently stopped carrying them, and I'm trying to decide what farther-afield store I should try next. Also, I just want to go to TJs.

I can't see why they wouldn't - of course, I'm amazed that your local grocery store did.

I know! Granted, it's a small store with a huge selection, but still. The other night I had to get jiffy pop, because other than that it was all microwave packets.

Wait, they had Jiffypop but they didn't have regular popcorn?

I know! Bananas.

It's vaguely possible they had it somewhere I didn't look, but I can't figure out where that would have been.

I didn't know that they still made Jiffypop.
