"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

That sucks, Hec. Her employers are deeply stupid.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Aw, jz. How COULD they be so incredibly stupid?

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I can't imagine JZ being considered other than friendly and supercompetent, but then there are enough asshatted bosses out there in the world that I suppose you have to run into one now and then. My deepest sympathies and all the quick-get-a-great-new-job-MA that I can send across country!

Now tagless for your comfort.

{{{JZ}}} That's just fucking awful. The asshats need a shrift kick in the nuts.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

What they all said, Hec and JZ. Please let me know if I can do anything, including a nice boozy brunch on me this weekend.

Or maybe kneecapping her ex boss.

I could be good with the kneecapping thing.

Because books.

Perkins would do it, too. I've seen her get mad.

JZ - Mar 11, 2008 12:22:11 pm PDT #4326 of 10001
See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Thank you.

There was no warning other than one meeting last Friday -- which scared the shit out of me, but seemed more like a "Here's what's wrong and here's how to fix it so all goes well from here on out" meeting; so I spent the weekend talking it out with Hec and coming up with all sorts of coping-and-moving-forward stratagems and ways to re-attack the way I thought of my job and the people I supported and ways to make it good from here on out, and it turns out that none of it mattered.

In the exit interview, they said that both executives had had numerous conversations with me about major issues with my work, but I honestly don't remember any. I just don't. How could I have missed a Come to Jesus or Face the Inferno message? How could I have been so stupid? What the fuck was I missing?

Always Anti-fascist!

If JZ is distant, I am a rocky cliff. Seriously. Nobody gets in here that I don't let in. Maybe I really am unemployable. {{{Zmayhems}}} And, please, Buffistas, be careful about the "service professionals" you're not expecting. Is often a trick.(/too much crime fiction) Maybe am overreacting, but if the choices are "Look weird," or "finish life wrapped in a tarp,", I risk weirdness.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

In the exit interview, they said that both executives had had numerous conversations with me about major issues with my work, but I honestly don't remember any.

How odd. They sound a little... distant.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

JZ, I have no words.

Well, I do. Such as: crack adled, fucknot, twatwaffle, suck monsters.

May their pubic hair grow uncontrollably and turn flourescent green. And be infested with scabbies and crabs.
