I will stop reading political blogs. They do not help my blood pressure.

Our wings are not tired.

Awww, such a cutiehead with the Alyson Hannigan love.

Ugh, I have been enjoying waking with the sun again. Stupid time change. I don't really want to give up the hour yet either. Evening light is good, but they could wait another month.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Yesterday's Jeopardy had a question with the answer of "Who is Alyson Hannigan?", and nobody got it right! Idiots. (It was the category of "Costumes," and the girl was wearing the band camp t-shirt, gave the quote, and everything, and nobody knew her name. Hmpf.)

I'm bummed because I'm in the middle of doing way overdue laundry, and have already lost $1 in quarters in a washer and found out that another washer's spin cycle isn't all that effective since the clothes were still pretty wet when I took them out. Now, I'm a quarter shy of being able to do a second load of drying if those clothes don't dry that well the first time around. Double hmpf.

can you air dry the clothes Kathy? I save at least $1/week by air drying everything but sheets and big towels.

Today is just not so much happening in my brain.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I am focusing on the positive: I have no more rash, and no more cotton-head from the claratin. Therefore, I will whip through the work I have to get done today.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Here in Texas, we are apparently "shocked" at the number of people who turned out to caucus.

Because, you know, there was no way to tell that people would be interested! And voting! Despite the fact that there have been record numbers of voters in almost every primary and caucus I've read about.

you know how I said yesterday that I wanted to get 10 contracts in. I got ZERO! I got stuck in invoice processing hell and am still there.

One good thing I just did was to get some names off a mailing list. We get 5-6 catalogs from some places every few month. Now we should be down to 3 of each. more than enough.

Yeah, they showed the chaos on the local Chicago news at 10.

I had a rehearsal for a concert this weekend. I got home, and there was footage on the news of a caucus site where cops had been called out to control the crowd. Some places apparently didn't even get started until like 11.
