One of my favorite things about my house is the O'Keefe & Merritt 6-burner stove.
It's exceptionally pretty. And the fact that megan uses it to make incredible things that make you weep with the goodness is a pure bonus on top of the pretty.

Today is bissextile! (I think I used that right.)
msbelle! I've always thought how you used that one fridge as a pantry was brilliant.
Grr. Just had the anger-making part of being a project manager. No one willing to stand up and take responsibility for the requirements, so I'm being barraged with contradictory versions.
Thing is, I don't care. I'm the only one without a horse in the race. So I've had to talk sharply to them and I sure hope it sticks.

Ours is 4 burner w/ a griddle in the middle. I HATE it. It's pretty, but uses so much gas as to be ridiculous and it makes the kitchen warmer than the face of the sun. Not a good thing for LA.
But it is pretty.

Um. Have I mentioned the massive kink I have for soccer thighs?
Dear me. That is a nice thigh. Go team dark meat!

Hee! I read that as Patrick Stewart, and couldn't figure out how he'd changed so much!

I have no idea how much gas ours uses as compared to a regular gas stove. The only problem I have is the repair issue. One oven door is now broken and stuck open about one inch. And I know my housemate will never bother to get it repaired unless I insist.
I wonder if the heat thing is an insulation problem. I haven't noticed it.
ETA: JZ, that is so sweet!
