"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

WHY AM I HERE?!?

This sounds like an existential crisis.

It's cold and rainy in SF today after a week of "February? We don't need no stinking winter!" weather (62 and sunny).

Good thing I got a set of tennis in with Emmett yesterday and a bike ride in the park.

I suspect today is the day I tend to a thousand tiny tasks I've been putting off.

Mostly though I wish the woman who assigned me my last liner notes job would get back to me.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Because of the Russian Playgrounds of the Freaky Uncanny Valley?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

This sounds like an existential crisis.

Work existential crisis.

Things must be really fucked up over there, sumi. Sorry.

Art Crawl!!!

Just hard to settle in and do mundane things.

Also, to remember where I was and what I was doing before the shit hit the fan.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Thanks for the birthday wishes, guys.

BevDog! Happy Dizzle!

Has to be my favorite. Made me grin. Although Ailleann's is grin-worthy, too. The rest of you? Big smile.

I have had a lovely brunch, prepared and presented by my Best Beloved, and a chirpy (and quick! we like quick) HB call from my MIL. And now, due to delay from being sick...and okay, just faffed it, I get to spend the afternoon at the DMV renewing my driver lisence. Yay? NSM, but at least it'll be done.
