Oh, at first it was confusing. Just the idea of computers was like — whoa! I'm eleven hundred years old! I had trouble adjusting to the idea of Lutherans.

I felt like mild death yesterday - muscle aches and tired. last night in bed at 10:30, finally git up for good today at 11:30 - WHEE. still do not feel like doing much.

I am trying to get pictures printed so mac can put together his science project display, but my printer has just run out of color ink. AWESOME! in that not at all way. I can only think of one place in the neighborhood that might have it. I so do not want to go out, but really do not want to go out and discover they do not have it. and no, I dont't have their number.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I weakened and took a quarter-pill of generic No-Doz (that's about half a cup of coffee-worth) which is helping clear up the fuzzies nicely.

The world is melting nicely off the nearby rooftops but we've still got a ways to go until bare ground again....

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

It's gorgeous here -- not too cold, sunny, and there is still some snow around. I should be doing more outside stuff, but instead I have many days' worth of food cooking -- three chicken breasts with many cloves of garlic (if not the full 40), and a big pot of chili. I am feeling very satisfied.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ha! I now have a reasonable amount left.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

You guys! I had a good celebrity sighting last night! Was at Mexico City restaurant in Los Feliz (or Silverlake?) and in walks Lauren Graham. HOTT! She (and the couple she was with) sat in the booth across from us.

Nice!

I am in the middle of watching what feels like a 5-minute ad about how Celebrex really isn't that dangerous, we swear, so maybe you want to try it?

Cooking got out of hand today.

In my infinite wisdom, I pulled a pork tenderloin out to defrost yesterday. Gee, it's actually two. I only discovered this after I'd made a batch of cauliflower leek soup while doing laundry.

I HAVE A LOT OF FOOD.

Given all I've eaten this weekend is bananas and a hamburger patty (no reason, just not terribly interested in food,) it's kind of funny.

I simply cannot get motivated to do anything more than necessary. Just walked with mac to Walgreens to get print outs of the science project pics and now just want to settle into 4 hours of Oscar tv.

I have cooked nothing for the week. I need to do 2 loads of laundry and get outfits for the week laid out.

Sorry, I think I stole your weekend! I did 3 loads of laundry.

Only things I didn't do were wash the car (I'm not holding my breath on that one- roads are still gross ) and go buy an obdII reader to see why the hell my check engine light went on without paying the mechanic much more to do the same.
