I saw Tim at lunch today, but I was lame and didn't say hi.
The Minearverse 6: Fiery Thread of Death
[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath. Oh, and help us get Terriers dvds!
That was odd.
Now I feel even more lame and I am confused by the thread weirdness.
I think you missed Jackal too, T. Boo!
Damn! I'm such an idiot. I just didn't want to presume or intrude.
You're Tamara! There's no presumption or intrusion! They know your pixels, as it were.
I still feel like a fraud at my own workplace. Like it will be found out any moment that I am an actual fan of what we produce and will be summarily fired. So I keep my head down I try not to geek out to often. Even though I have received the most praise around here for actually being familiar with the product.
I need to get over it.
I have a friend who works on Doctor Who. During her interview, she was asked 'Are you a fan of the show?'. She said no. And got a big tick. She's a massive fan girl.
You'd think that being a fan of the show would be an asset. But I guess that means you can't be objective? About the story you will be telling, which you presumably should...like?
