I just wanted to say two things:
1. (Most Important Thing) Happy Belated Birthday to Noah and Grace.
2. Quitting smoking is very, very hard. Very. Very. Awfully. Oh dear me can someone slide me a Marlboro Light 100 through the intertubes? Por favor?

I'm so proud of you I would actually help you cheat if I could.
Hiya, Hec. Wednesday will be 21 days since I've smoked. I stopped taking the Chantix one week into not smoking because it wasn't agreeing with me. It's killing me, but I'm doing it.
Cindy, you rock. As hard as it is, you rock.

That is awesome. I'm very impressed.
Go you! My roommate is going on three months and if he can do it so can you. He did have to leave the room last night during the heavily smoking oriented episode of The Simpsons. He said one thing that really helped was telling every single one of his smoker friends that he was serious about quitting and not to give him a ciggy no matter what.
I'm on 6 months and used the Chantix. I feel great and don't miss the smokes at all after smoking for 25 years. It gets easier. Hang in there.
Chocolate helps, but now I am paying for that.
Hooray for smoke-free peoples!
yay, Cindy!! (and Allyson mentioned she was trying to quit too. in Natter maybe.)
my sister is trying to quit too. she's taking wellbutrin and it seems to be helping her. it's been a little over a month for her.
