For streaming media in general, it looks if an episode is streamed during the first 17 days after initial broadcast, there's no residual. After that, ad-supported streaming is payable at 2% of distributor’s gross receipts. Then the document gets into different rate structures depending on the type of material, its purpose, and how it's made available.
I think I'm probably going to wait until after tonight's meeting before I make any specific comments. The provisions for the third year of our contract are different than what I had thought they were going to be so I want to be clear on that before I say anything.
I will say there's some good stuff here. It's not a perfect deal but it's much better than I thought it would be.
