The Minearverse 6: Fiery Thread of Death

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath. Oh, and help us get Terriers dvds!

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I watched a few eps on the 'net and the show is BAD.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

I've always wondered if sometimes having network people involved can be a good thing. Yes, this is a serious question.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I keep forgetting there's a yoga studio in my neighborhood that offers a month of free classes if you adopt a pet from an LA County animal shelter. I must check it out.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Kristen you should take my stretch class once she comes back in town. I'm way more flexible now than I was in my 20s. She's amazing.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

She is very good.

I keep not taking the stretch classes at krav or at my gym, so I have no business seeking any others out, but if I were, it'd be her.

I love the class. She's a great teacher, and her knowledge of the body and how the muscles moves is really, um, deep. I could go on and on about it, but I try to hold back.

Punishingly Intricate

I'm trying yoga on Saturday! We have an Intro to Yoga class at my gym on the first of every month. My trainer's been pushing me to do yoga for weeks. I need to work on my flexibility.

YOGA! There are a million different ways that it is taught but the yoga I've done in the last 3 years has improved my flexibility but also my muscle tone and strength and endurance more than any other excercise-y thing I've ever done. Plus I love it. Hope you do too!

I love yoga, and miss having a teacher to help my practice since I am inconsistent on my own. I still dream of making the pilgrimage to try your teacher(s) lisah, but then I'd want to go all the time.

eta: What I really loved about it, other than all the reasons mentioned above, is that I had many fewer injuries from other activities while I was doing yoga -- the flexibility, balance, etc., kept me from suffering a lot of twisted ankles, scraped knees, etc.

Well they are opening a 3rd studio up in Towson this Spring so, maybe if things continue to go well, they'll open another place closer to you someday.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I miss yoga. a good for me time in a good for me location has not appeared yet. Ideally I could take a stretching or yoga class while mac is in swimming, but alas, they do not offer anything.

even more ideally a teacher would live next door and give me private lessons after mac is asleep.

my dreamworld, come live in it.
