Kristen, I'm glad you're ok. I strongly suggest finding a nice yoga DVD that you can do at home. Yoga's done wonders for my stress levels.
The Minearverse 6: Fiery Thread of Death
[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath. Oh, and help us get Terriers dvds!
I'm trying yoga on Saturday! We have an Intro to Yoga class at my gym on the first of every month. My trainer's been pushing me to do yoga for weeks. I need to work on my flexibility.
I will confess that I would much rather be hitting people on Saturday morning but my knee is twitchy so yoga, it is.
There's always pole dancing! I wish I had the energy.
My gym does not teach the pole dancing. I would suspect, given how accident prone I am, it would probably be a recipe for disaster.
We do have a class where they teach the choreography from music videos. Maybe when the knee is better.
I did a tryout class kind of in your neighbourhood a while back. It was fun.
Dude, we could totally take the class together. That would be fierce.
Oh, I think I know the one you mean. (I'm assuming it's not the one at Crunch.) I'm pretty sure I've seen the woman who teaches them on various TV shows.
In TV news, it seems that due to quarterlife's poor ratings, it's moving from NBC to Bravo.
It's too bad about quarterlife. Not that I have watched my TiVoed copy of it yet, but I liked the idea about creators having some control over their creations. Call me wacky. Of course, how much control they really had is probably something that is more ambiguous...
I watched a few eps on the 'net and the show is BAD.
I've always wondered if sometimes having network people involved can be a good thing. Yes, this is a serious question.
