And almost sixty-five percent of that was actual compliment. Is that a personal best?

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath. Oh, and help us get Terriers dvds!

I like how Kristen's "writing" process makes things easier for me.

Although she still hasn't taken me up on my offer to let her rearrange my closets.

Hey, the script ain't done. You might see me on your doorstep yet.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Monique, I'm closer and I need help with moving from my old spacious closets to my newer less so.

So if Kristen really wants to procrastinate, I got stuff for her to do.

Perhaps we could set up a time-share agreement?

Kristen - Feb 23, 2008 2:27:52 pm PST #226 of 4535

Later, I will have a hilarious story about the new lengths I've gone to to avoid writing. In the interim, the Hollywood Reporter has an article about post-strike specs:

All too quiet on the post-strike front.

Seriously!

I'll take Kristen for the next two weeks (being red-weeks on the timeshare calendar). You can have her for the remaining 50, including the high demand State- Fair time!

HA! I think I will taking it easy for the next few weeks. Let me tell y'all about the time I thought I was having a heart attack...

No, seriously. I just got home from the hospital. The final verdict is that I'm healthy as a horse and it is most likely that my esophagus was attacking me for some sadistic reason. Perhaps it didn't like how the new spec was going either.

I do wish that my esophagus would have protested in a way that didn't involve a 911 call, an ambulance ride, several EKGs, echos and sonograms, a cat scan, a stress test and an overnight stay in the cardiac wing at Cedars. I mean, the private room was nice but I'd be very happy to never stay there again.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yikes, Kristen! Glad you're OK after all.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Kristen! I'm so glad it was nothing.

Good god, Kristen! Very glad you're OK and that it wasn't heart related. Stupid esophagus.
