So, does anyone know where the Doctor Horrible talk is?
Dream Girl ,'Bring On The Night'
[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath. Oh, and help us get Terriers dvds!

Buffy/Angel, it seems.
Thanks P-C.
Found on Whedonesque: a call for a Craftsmagazine to interview Joss Whedon.
(Who, FF, HP are all very knit/crochet friendly. It's. . . interesting.)
I think second pilots are becoming the new black.
Or, you know, the new pilot.
I think it is fascinating that he wanted to get out in front of it before the fandom freaked out. Very interesting.
I imagine that Joss told the network, "This isn't working, I'll just shoot a different first episode."
Network dude: "Ummm, if you think that is best, then fine."
2nd Network dude: "But you need to tell all the craxies on the Internet that it was your idea. We don't need them starting a jihad as we go into the fall season."
Joss: "Ok, I'll calm the natives before Comic Con."
I wonder if TV would look the same if they could write and shoot in a bubble and neither the craxxies nor the sane fans could get any feedback to them from writing to calling wrap on the season finale.

Me too, Tamara.
And I can actually imagine that conversation happening. Heh.

Isn't British TV more like that? Because don't they have everything in the can before airing, pretty much?
I think it would look like pre-1990s TV.
