Assuming you don't really believe in werewolves: You see the person you love writhing in agony (which, really, is probably about all you can tell is happening in that instance, especially since it would never occur to you that he's becoming a werewolf, as they're not real.) And, let's make this better, let's say you're a nurse. Why on Earth wouldn't you go to him?

So I finished TW: CoE last night - last two episodes in one go. Seriously depressing. Really good, but depressing.
I think, while Jack's plan was incredibly stupid, it wasn't terribly different than other stupid plans of his that have worked. This time it didn't.
Part of me wishes that the series had given me more of an emotional investment in Stephen, but another part wonders if it would have been unendurable. It was pretty brutal as it was.
I also agree I can't see how they are going to come back from this, but I'm curious to see how they try.

One of whom you've literally just met, and the other of whom you have reason to believe is the source of his problems. (Mitchell: not inspiring trust!) No, I don't see any way Nina could have not gone to him, considering the circumstances.
Well, Mitchell actually forcefully preventing her from doing so might have worked. He might not have been a match for Herrick, but surely he could have restrained a normal person of less than his mass for the minute or so it would have taken?

He was being too emo and distracted to do anything that practical. The only things that detracted from Annie's awesomeness in this ep were that she did not finish off giggly-vamp, and that she did not react quickly to save Nina from herself. I really don't care about the weepiness. She weeps easily, as some people do. It does not stop her from being a badass.
Annie indeed accessed her inner badass this ep. I wonder why her power to affect the world increased? More self-confidence, or because she didn't go through the door?
I was terribly afraid Nina was going to kill herself. Can a werewolf commit suicide? How do you kill a werewolf in this world?
How long do we have to wait for the next season?
