Inara: So, explain to me again why Zoe wasn't in the dress? Mal: Tactics, woman. Needed her in the back. 'Sides, those soft cotton dresses feel kinda nice. It's the whole... air-flow.

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

No, I don't think I will - me, quoting Captain Steve Rogers, to all of 2020

Okay, I know I'm late to the party, but Torchwood 2.06:

Overall I thought the episode was kinda meh (I'm not that familiar with Dr. Who, so Martha Jones showing up was not a big deal for me) but the end...OMGWTFBBQ! Owen is dead!! Though I kinda thought that was gonna happen once he agreed to go on a date with Toshi. Still...OMGWTFBBQ!!!

That is all.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Over thousands of miles, Buffistas are chanting, "One of us! Even more! One of us!"

Yeah, I'm just the slow one. As Kevin Smith would put it, I'm the portly stormtrooper in the back, lifting his helmet to smoke a cigarette and waving the others ahead.

I'm not that familiar with Dr. Who

I think my geek admiration for MM just took 6d20 worth of hit points.

Man, there's, like, 4,000 years worth of canon to catch up on. I just don't have the time!

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Start with the new series! Very easy! and then you would understand the awesomeness of Martha.

BBCA airing is up to 2.07, right? Those episodes can be discussed in blackfont.

Local Comcast has up to 2.07 so far. As soon as BBCA airs it on Sat., On Demand throws it up there.

Wasn't sure on the blackfont/whitefont policy, decided that discretion was the better course.

And if the new series of Doctor Who was on at a time I could watch it, or if they would put that up on On Demand, then I might have a better chance to dig on the Who love.

Art Crawl!!!

As soon as?

My Comcast puts up TW episodes about a week later. (I guess my Comcast are slackers.)

I'm pretty sure it's as soon as. I seem to recall reading the Info screen on a new TW (can't remember which one) on the BBCA and having the new On Demand ep be that one.

eta: But now that I think about it, On Demand is only up to 2.07, and y'all are talking about 2.10, so...

2.10 is what just aired in the UK.
