A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
I could list off a bunch of things that I didn't let go on and you'd be shocked that they not only got all the way to shooting, but people fought to keep them in.
It's a strange strange world.... and yeah, we all have our most hated episodes...P brain was probably mine.
I like J Ray though. Liked acting with her... was constantly sympathetic to how much brutal tech dialogue she had to wade through but really appreciated the energy she brought.
And Loved Jordan this year. She really stepped it up.... but I always love Jordan.
I gave up on Defying Gravity after two episodes because I couldn't believe these people could survive a bus trip across town together
Well, there is the out that Beta manipulated things to get those people together--but why the NASA equivalent caved so easily...I guess they had no choice if the mission was indeed to go forward.
I don't think watching would make it any more memorable.
I can't stay away because I love the cast. I started because of Ron Livingston and Malik Yoba, but Sheriff Andy from Eureka's on it, and great, and the guy playing Ajay is compelling yet almost creepy.
but I always love Jordan.
Your chemistry shows it. You've got one of the best father/daughter relationships on TV.
I didn't know that Malik Yoba was on it, I will try to check it out.
I've been enjoying Defying Gravity, but in whatever short life it has, I need to it to start moving the mythology arc forward more. I like the characters and relationships a lot, but I feel like it's on a treadmill right now.
I was lucky enough to get to see the UK cut of Being Human and am amazed at what they've edited out. . .
Are you watching the hour-long episodes or the longer first airings?
sumi, what kinds of things have been removed? I can't imagine too much of that series not being palatable. Depending on when it's being shown, of course.
Well, there was teh werewolfian sex between George and Nina and the sex/murder with the guy and the vampire (that was on the dvd that Mitchell lent to the neighbor kid). Did I miss those scenes?
