I think giving Gwen a weird baby with Jack would belie Gwen's "Normal human with a life" status that makes her so valuable to dealing with the weirdness.
Which is a choice, of course. It'll be interesting to see where they go.
Buffy ,'Beneath You'
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

I don't mean that Rhys doesn't deserve it in any sort of a woobie way--I mean the character would be ill-served by it.

I would tend to agree, ita. After all, we've already exhausted the tomcats going at each other in an alley attitude between Rhys and Jack and he's already proven that he can function well as an adjunct member of the team. That he understands Gwen's strengths even though he may not like the situations it puts her in. He's actually the most human of the lot of them, even more so than Gwen.
But you just never know what Russell is cooking up in his twisted little brain.
Would Russell be staying on on TW? I know he's leaving Who.
Yeah, he's expressed that he'll remain on board with Torchy.
aiyeeee! How did I manage to stay unspoiled for that one?
*hearts Tamlyn Tomita*
There was a shot of Henry's ship against the blue sky that looked like the shot of Serenity during Book's flashback in Out of Gas. And Zane's organic computer was very Cylon tech.
I'm liking that bringing Tamlyn back doesn't reset or undermine Kim's death. I still remember the kraxy on the skiffy boards after Once in a Lifetime.
Poochie! Yay!
I may grow to love Astro-Kim more than the original, based on this.
I really liked Allison and Carter's relationship this ep. They've seemed to have hit their stride since they laid off forcing it.
I think they've also been doing really well with Zane since they started treating him like one of the many scientists at GD. He hasn't bothered me in a long while, at least enough eps this third season that the foul taste of his first episodes have been rinsed clean. For me, at least.*
Tess continues to bewilder me. I don't know if it's how her dialogue is written or how JRN plays her or both.
* Did I misinterpret your enthusiasm, Matt? And did I just get defensive of Zane? O_o

Shame it didn't take. Though I agree with Juliebird that he's been WAY less obnoxious this season. Still, there was all that icky stuff with Jo. BRING BACK TAGGART!!!!
Tess continues to bewilder me.
I like her enthusiastic geekiness. But wasn't she sent by the Defense Department, or am I totally mis-remembering? If she was, she's not acting like it at all.
