Heh. I was so focused on movies, I didn't even think of that (and of course, there were movies, TV, etc. for Supes).

Mainly though, I was thinking that many of the tropes in TDtESS were similar to those of movies where aliens = evil du jour, but then it turned out to be an optimistic film.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Warehouse 13: Nope, the Kodak moment was still beyond the bounds of my weirdness-acceptance, the Lewis Carroll mirror only slightly less so.

Also, in finally watching the last episode, I saw Myka in profile, noted the overbite, and realized: aahhh! she's Bianca from Dresden Files! OK, everyone else knew that, but still. She's insanely gorgeous. I can't believe I didn't recognize her from the beginning.
