Look, you got a little stabbed the other day. That's bound to make anyone a mite ornery.

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Disguising an IP? Huh. I would really, truly love to watch shows and clips on BBC online and am always bummed when I get the 'not for you, upstart American!' message.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

You can listen to these streaming from wherever, just not download. I think.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I've been watching several episodes of Doctor Who season 4, starting with the first three, and then skipping ahead to "Silence in the Library."

I may possibly have to be scared of the dark tonight.

If the library two-parter creeps you out, do not watch "Midnight," the ep that follows! That one's even creepier, IMO.

Edited to correct ep title--I'm pretty sure Midnight is right!

"Midnight"? I don't think I find it as scary. Less scary than these, or "Blink."

All that talking-in-sync creeped me out. And the increasing tension of the rest of the group throughout the ep was terrific.

Oh, totally. I think it's Moffat's whole thing of the ordinary turning against you. And things like statues and books are real.

“Not dead yet!”

Yeah, "Blink" to me is the scariest of the eps. Midnight was creepy, but it was also poignant because of how we saw the Doctor get truly terrified for once.

I love "Blink" a lot but it did not make me flinch at inanimate objects. The ability of humans to be inhumane at the drop of a hat? Yeah, that creeps me to the core.

Less scary than these, or "Blink."

That last is like saying "less lurid than Suspiria."
