I'm dying over Pushing Daisies right now.
'Shells'
Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
For anyone who missed it (or hasn't gotten there yet) the sneak peek during Primeval is the same trailer as linked to above.
Nice to see it big.
This episode of PD is loaded with "Hey! It's That Guy!" moments.
awww, I missed this show! Perhaps a bit too much alliteration and rhyming though :)
What is up, people? Why did you not post a HUGE LIESE ESCALATOR PHOBIA WARNING about PD? You see? My fears are not unjustified. Those things are nasty killing machines just waiting to jump out at you.
Psst, Liese is Toombs, pass it on.
I still can't watch 'Blink' without repeatedly spilling whatever I'm drinking.
Few months ago, when I had a free night during uni-week, I sometimes cooked and raised "soup nights" for some uni friends.
One of the nights we watched Blink.
Now, bear in mind I'm a history student. Great Dead Greeks/Romans sculpture aren't a rare sight in my classes. And every time there's one, I bend over and whisper in the ears of those who've watched that ep, "don't blink!". They kinnda hate me for this. Mine is an evil laugh.
On the other hand, Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead? After watching those, and had to spend time in the library, I wanted to yell "count the shadows!" at my friends there.
So, DW. Not a great advantage if you want to look like you're having this sanity thing.

Heh. How Steven Moffat makes perfectly ordinary things and places so utterly *terrifying* is just genius. I'm so excited (tiny writerly spoiler if you haven't been following Doctor Who news) that he's taking over as head writer. It's going to be a thrill ride.
I know, Seska. I'm already terrified!
DVDs and Blurays of Torchwood Children of Earth are coming out July 28th. (What dvds AREN'T coming out on that date?) - or the week following the US broadcast of th e show.
