Spike: You pissed in the Big Man's Chair? That's fantastic! Gunn: Spike, can you please turn off that warm fuzzy? Spike: What, the Lorne thing? Worn off. I just think that's bloody fabulous.

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Torchwood will air as a five-episode cycle this year as well, starting in July.

Yay! And Boo!

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

Season 5 of Doctor Who airing on BBCA!!

Cool. I'm surprised they didn't air previous seasons there.

Torchwood news is good, since I have no idea when it's showing over here - but presumably, before or during July.

I watched my first episode of primeval recently, and

Like, let's block off the anomaly with empty cardboard boxes!

this just amused me. I told tivo to catch a few for me because I'm curious, but the fiendishly clever Cardboard Box Plan was hilarious.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

In fact, during the showings of Primeval last Saturday, there was a brief ad for the coming Torchwood series! See, the cardboard box gambit had a redeeming side!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

But the former DC is cute.

Really? I thought he was quite unappealing. And given his obsession without evidence of that poor kid, not all that competent.

I think Army Guy (whose name escapes me: anyone? anyone? Bueller?) is very very cute. And halfway competent, when not hampered by the plot requirements for stupidity.

Former DC is clearly being setup to come back.

David Tennant's Hamlet, with Patrick Stewart as Claudio, is to be recorded for BBC2 later this year, to be shown in the US in 2010:
