Having watched many episodes of Dark Angel recently, I'll value the few Firefly episodes over two seasons of DA.
Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
More Chuck news:
Mondays held the most dramatic change, with "Heroes" shifted from its longtime spot, moved back to 8 p.m. to help support medical action-drama "Trauma." "Heroes" is also operating with a shortened order next season and doesn't have a spot on the midseason schedule. "Chuck" will replace "Heroes" in midseason and apocalyptic thriller "Day One" will take over for "Trauma."
Dammit, apparently Reaper's been cancelled. Other than Sock I really liked that show.
Fuck! I hadn't heard that. Hope the finale next week took into account the bubble factor.
Maybe they can send Sock to hell? That would a nice way to end the show.
OMG. that would be wonderful.
Java cat posted this link to ew.com's list in Procedurals. That's where I saw the death notice for Reaper.
I didn't know anyone was actually expecting it to be renewed. Fazekas and Butters got a deal with 20th Century Fox earlier this year, and I assumed the show wasn't going to continue without them. But there was some weird syndication hope a couple weeks ago.
I do hope the finale provides some closure, though. I'm glad we got another season.
Going back to the link for V - I'm kind of excited to see it. I love, love, loved V when it was first broadcast oh so many years ago. Also nice to see Morena B in something new.
Ref Terminator, in fairness to Kevin Reilly he did say it wasn't a 50/50 with Terminator or Dollhouse, they just didn't like the Terminator numbers at all. But then, he also said Dollhouse held a steady audience. Which is not so true.
