Gavin, ask yourself this question. What are you more afraid of, a giant murderous demon or me?

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I agree. I was frustrated at how long it took to get any growth for his character, but I really liked where they were going towards the end.

Oh gosh, me too.

I thought they did a great, if laborious, job developing that character.

I can chalk it up to Teen Hormone Syndrome, and it doesn't bother me at all. Granted, it was about as much fun as living with a teenager with THS, but there were distractions that were worth the pain.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Thomas Dekker, as much as people didn't like the John character, really is an actor. Have you seen him in interviews? That voice! High-pitched and anxious...not John at all.

oh, no! I remember being shocked when they did the April Fool's jokes.

That is exactly the video I saw that made me go, whoa. He was sweet and gracious, but that voice!

I'm so happy that Chuck has been renewed! Has there been any word yet on Reaper?

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

Fiona, yep, I'm watching Ashes to Ashes. It's been good so far. I wasn't too impressed with the previous season, which seemed to lack the wonderful ambiguity of Life on Mars - but it feels like they're starting to re-establish that this season. But, yeah, the little references to Sam Tyler have piqued my curiosity. Are they going to have a big reveal about him, or about the real nature of the universe in which Sam and Alex were/are trapped?

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Very classy post from him. I'll miss the show even more now.

Seconded.

It just occurred to me that if Firefly had gotten even the run that Buffy had, he probably would have had to pick a different actress to play Cameron (a run like Angel's would probably have been done just in time).
