So I'm guessing if next week is the season finale of Chuck, and it's on the bubble, Chuck will have the Intersect back in his head by the end of the episode.
A friend pointed out that he had TWO Intersects in his head. Maybe his dad only got the one he designed out; Fulcrum's may still be in there.
